Just go to http://www.shrinkpictures.com/create-avatar/

Choose the picture from your computer that you want to use for an avatar. It is best to crop it first so that the subject is in the centre.

Just select 60 for the size for this forum.

Choose which result you want and download it to your PC.



Then select Profile at the top of this page. Scroll down and upload your new avatar to the forum.
